- Industrial Relations & General Affairs Manager
Kualifikasi :
Managing end-to-end Industrial Relations and General Affairs within the companies.
Maintaining a professional relationship with the union representative to ensure open and constructive communication between both parties.
Maintaining and having regular meetings with HR communities, community organizations around the company, and government bodies.
Maintain proper strategy and preventive planning for potential disputes.
Manage related employee benefits, building management, and general services functions such as security, driver, and cleanliness.
Third-party vendor management
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in related functions
Willingness to be placed in Cikarang
8 years in the same functions
Proven track record of strong union-relation
Experienced in negotiation with unions as well as solving disputes
Good negotiation and communication skills
Proven track record of external relation to Disnaker, communities, villages, and third-party general services vendor
