Job Description:
Control incoming supplier between plan versus actual date.
Control return part to supplier and replacement part
Control claim internal and follow up handling
Distributed weekly production planning to all departement
Control arrange order from customer and arrange trucking
Make and preparation document delivery
Arrange quantity supply raw material
Arrange quantity Finished Good for delivery to customer base on schema update from customer
Organize and supervise the work of subordinate
Implementing continual improvement in PC Dept
Maintain safe and clean work environment (5S) in accordance with procedures, rules and regulations.
